So, after the balance on my Paypal account went negative I suddenly apparently lost any way of adding a new bank account to Paypal. At first it was simply erroring out at the last step with "We cannot add a bank account at this time" and then it started erroring out at the first step (entering routing number) and now it'll just give me the spinning circle of doom when I try to add an account.
And to make things more interesting I can't seem to make a payment with an account I already have linked either. I get this lovely unhelpful message every time I try to Add Funds or Transfer Money into the Paypal account. There are no disputes open that I can find, and no limitations or issues specified in the Resolution Center. How the bloody hell am I supposed to go about resolving a negative balance with no way of making payments with existing methods and no way of adding new methods?
