Adding a transaction which I paid as a guest to my account

Hi.

I've paid for an order with PayPal but I wasn't signed in with my account - I paid as a guest. I received a receipt to the same email address I have my PayPal account registered with.

Is it possible to add this paid-as-guest transaction to my account? - I need it because I want to start a claim and it'd be a bit easier with a registered account.

you can report a claim by either phoning customer services OR contacting your card issuer for a chargeback.
