I tried to send a friend some money from my PayPal prepaid MasterCard and paypal keeps telling me to add a payment method. When I look at my wallet all my cards and my bank account are listed. But when I try to make a payment it is asking me to add a payment method. Has anyone had this problem and how do I resolve it?
