Add a bank acccount in US$

Hi

I have a US$ currency option in PayPal and I want to transfer the money to our US$ UK based bank account.

Sounds simple enough, but when I add the US$ bank details, it creates it as a GBP account, which of course then incurs currency transfer fees.

HELP.  Any suggestions?
