I can view my activity on my PC and it shows all my eBay transactions etc however my mobile phone shows none of these and in fact says there are no transactions - this isn’t because I’m waiting for payment or anything. Had the account for months maybe years and I looks as if it’s entirely refreshed without any info. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that logging in to PayPal on the app does not show your history. Are you logging in to the same account via the app that you are logging into on your computer? Please try logging out completely and reentering the account login information.

I’m afraid to say the logging out and back in isn’t making a difference. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling too, nothing yet.
