Hello, where do you activate a paypal giftcard?

Which ones are you referring to? digital gift cards, the old blue text on white cards with the dollar amount on it or the current prepaid cards?

Those PayPal My Cash Cards don’t work anymore. The site to activate them before is defunct. They stopped activating those around 2016/2017.
