I am sorry to hear you are unable to receive payments on your PayPal account. Is it possible there is a limitation on your PayPal account? If there is a limitation on your account, you will prevent you from receiving payments. Please check the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account, you may be required to complete a number of steps if a limitation has been placed.
Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team directly if there is no limitation on the account and you are still unable to receive payments.
