For withdrawing funds yes, but to accept funds you either need to have a paypal cash or cash plus account to hold a balance OR have it auto transferred to a bank account (not debit card).

Yes, thank you. I think I had figured it out the other day and just linked our bank account. Everything seems to be working now just not sure how long it takes for funds to be actually transferred.
