Why does my PayPal account at the end of the purchase process asks me to add a bank or a card although my bank is linked to my PayPal account??

Have you confirmed the bank account with the 4 digit code?
Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?
Is it a bank account that is a German issued account?

My account and all the details are fine. I could also purchase using PayPal until a few days ago without any problem. But now, its just not possible.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
