I’m trying to accept, or I guess “claim”, a payment that was sent to me. PayPal is asking me to verify my account by linking my bank card (which is already linked to my paypal) but when I click on it it tells me ‘sorry this action could not be completed’. I’ve tried contacting them via messaging, phone call, and DM’s with no answers.
