Account limited

Account limited to transfer funds to bank account and withdraw funds but no instruction on how to lift the limit on my resolution inbox. I received email from Paypal service but no other instruction than to login and follow instruction. Problem is there's no instruction to follow. Can someone help me?

Thanks for posting on the Community! 

I'm sorry you're having difficulty with a limitation. You'll want to log into your Resolution Center or Customer Identification Portal to check for any limitations on your account. I also recommend referring to our Help Center for guidelines on lifting a limitation
