Trying to buy something from a website using a verified debit card linked to PayPal. I kept getting an error message so I contacted their support team on the website.
They tried to charge my PayPal and got this error message "Funding Instrument In The PayPal Account Was Declined By The Processor Or Bank, Or It Can't Be Used For This Payment". I've contacted my bank and they said everything checks out. I'm from Malaysia, using a Maybank debit card.
I'll be paying in USD, called my bank to confirm it'll be a problem since I only have MYR in my bank account and they said it should be fine.
On my PayPal only my debit card is linked. Is there any settings I need to check in PayPal for it to work?
