Hello, @Pump_240hz. The situation you have described sounds like your Payment Receiving Preferences are set to deny transactions unless they are in your local currency. I'm sorry for any difficulty this has caused.
For Personal accounts, please log on and check the settings in your Profile. Click the Profile icon which is next to the Log Out button and looks like a cog wheel. Setting your preferences to allow payments in other currencies should resolve the situation.
