Hi guys, I have tried to make 7usd payment on fiverr.com, and I've been getting the following error messages: Sorry, we weren't unable to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay. However, I have about 22usd balance and my account is set up to use my PayPal account balance first. Why am I getting this error and how do I fix this, please?
