Accidentally send funds to a family member as goods and services and they were charged a fee. How do we proceed so we’re not charged a fee? Recipient has not accepted payment yet but were unsure how to refuse the payment without losing money. Cautiously proceeding as we don’t want to lose money. Was for a down payment.

If its not accepted it should time out 30 days post payment and return to you with no fees being deducted.
