I had a donor that donated over three month, after his third donation he decided to stop donating and but accidentally reversed his donation. I decided to just go ahead and accept the reversal but he had done the reversal request twice, by accident. I did not realize that it was two different reversals and accepted both. How to I stop the one reversal?
It is incredibly frustrating trying to find a human being at PayPal to talk to and I even on the message board, I just go around in circles as no one responds.
Any advice would be appreciated.
