Accidental american paypal account

I made an american paypal account on accident so now I can't accept money because I can't add a bank account or the credit cards are not eligible.

Anyone got a solution for this? Because now I got random 23 dollars floating around.

If you can't accept the funds they should time out on the senders end and return to them in 30 days.

Then you need to close that account down if you can and open one in the correct country if paypal is supported there.
