I accidentally cancelled a Reacurring payment how do I restart it?

Thank you for reaching out to PayPal. 

 

To reactivate a billing agreement, it would be best to get in touch with the merchant to restart the service. If there would be challenges to contact them due to the circumstances brought about by the pandemic, you could also try to re-purchase the service or subscription through the merhcant's website.

I've been having the same problem. Unable to resubscribe through merchant. Shows merchant as "inactive", would like to reactivate.
