A client sent me a payment. I got an email and clicked on the link informing me to click to access the funds. that link takes me to a page asking me to sign in. once i do that, it takes me to a page that says the money is mine, go to the summary to claim. When I click on my summary page, it does not show this payment and no further directions to claim.
They have used the only email address I have and I have received funds from others with no problem
