I received a payment on 22/November via my Shopify store using PayPal but the money did not entered my account and I received an email from paypal saying that I need to accept the payment otherwise it will return to the client on 22/December .
How can I accept the payment ?
I am asking here because paypal isn't replying to my e-mails...
