Accepting payment from Ghana

Hello.

I run a UK online business.

I use paypal subscription button.

I have a client who lives in Ghana and he needs to pay for my product.

He is not able to do so because the paypal pay by credit/debit card does not have Ghana listed in the list of country.

So, my client cannot make a payment using his Visa card.

Please can you help.
