Hi all,
I have a customer who would like to buy some products from me ( I am a furniture maker - he would like to buy some chairs) - but for some reason he is saying that he can not pay a PayPal invoice with his credit card - it is not set up to make payment apparently (??) He is in Dubai - I am in UK.
I do not have the facility to take payments over the phone - what can I do?
I thought all credit cards were accepted by Paypal! Are there specific card-types that aren't accepted??
