Accepted a payment, no money in account

I accepted a payment from someone and it says that the money was sent to my account. I accepted the payment by the email that was sent to me. That was August 4th. Still no money on my debit card or in my bank account. It said it could take 30 minutes and it’s been well over 30 minutes. How do I get the money?
