Hi, I have emailed <removed> now twice which according to their acceptable use policy is the correct procedure if you want to speak to someone about having a payment option listed as requiring pre-approval authorised. I have had no reply and it has been over 3 weeks. When I ring I get told that I have to email. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to get a response. Thank you

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Contacted them through Facebook and even worse! They said I should just wait for a reply from them but when I pointed out it had been over 4 weeks and I’d emailed twice they suggested I just ring up. Problem is when I ring they tell me to email. It’s laughable it’s that bad !!!
