Thank you for reaching us. Before receiving payments, you need to make sure that the email address that you have provided to the sender is the same email address linked to your Paypal account. You will start receiving payments after confirming your email address. I will attach a link as to how this can be done and other useful links.

Make sure you check with the sender that the email address is spelled correctly.
Once payment has been sent to you, you will receive a notification on you Summary that a payment has been received and it will require you to accept/deny it.
