My "accept payment from non US buyer" keeps changing from Yes to No all by itself. I will select YES only to log back in and find it selected NO. I see that my selection SAVES but yet it returns to NO everytime! Please help
The option i am referring to is actually "Block non-U.S. shipping addresses:"
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
