About refunds. The refund status says "completed" but my my balance stayed the same.

Is there something I should do? I would totally understand if it said "pending" or "temporary hold" just like the FAQs indicated, but the refund status shows "completed." My balance is still showing the same amount before i requested a refund.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, the last one taking 4 days).

yes, the funds were deducted directly from a virtual wallet.
thanks for the info. i was really bothered when it said, "complete" but it didn't show up added to my paypal balance.
the refund was processed august 1st. i guess i'll have to wait for a couple more days.
