About my negative balance

I have negative balance. I solve this negative balance. I add some cards but can't add money in my paypal account. So please help me.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.

2. Get someone to send you funds to your paypal account?

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.
