Hello, I have some questions about paypal transactions.

I'm from Romania , I have an bank account in RON at Raiffaisen with a VISA card. I have a personal account paypal and i want to buy one software with 3.75€. I want to use this account for just buying stuff from internet , not to recive monney or send to my back account.

It's free what I want to do? 

I have some taxes if play that amount?

It's some taxes what I need to know about what I want to do with paypal?

I'm sorry for my "english" but i don't know very good that language and I can't find enything about this subject (updated).

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

There are no monthly fees or taxes charged to use PayPal. You can use the account to purchase items as normal and pay using your Visa Card. There is a small fee when paying with your card and this will be shown to you when you are checking out on the PayPal website.
