ACCOUNT VERIFICATION?

I’ve verified my account and received many payments through PayPal however I have one transaction that I cannot accept. Every time I accept it, it asks me to verify my account in which I click the link, once I click the link it says my account is all set and I can accept money. When I try to accept the money again I am still unable to I really need this resolved I verified my account through email and my bank I don’t what else to do but I would really like to receive my money bc at this rate I’m giving away items for free and taking losses. I thought maybe it was a mobile app issue I come across the same thing on a desktop. What is the problem please help me resolve
