ACCESSING FUNDS ON OLD PAYPAL ACCOUNT WHEN CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESS

Hi I recently changed my email address so had to change my Paypal address for payments made in my shop.  Trouble is I forgot to amend each listing and payment has now gone to my old email address paypal account and I can't access the money!  Can anybody help please?

Can you re-add and confirm that old email address to your paypal account? If you can still access it and can add it the funds should come with it.

If not give customer services a call as they may be able to re-add it for you.

Failing that come back for my second line of attack / advice.

I was so lucky; I followed OrientalBirdCage's advice and re-linked my old email address to my Paypal account. I still have access to the old email, so Paypal sent me a confirmation link. The first time I tried to confirm it, it didn't work. The second time it worked great and voila, there was my money. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't have access to the old email account. (Note to self: NEVER use a work email address for personal accounts.)
