I placed an order 3 days ago then cancelled within about an hour!  The seller has indicated the order to be cancelled but Pay Pal is still showing the funds as "pending"!  At what time will Pay Pal stop showing "pending" on my account?

You can't cancel paypal payments, you can only cancel orders on the sellers site.

If the payment had gone through then the seller could have issued a refund.

But as the seller has not accepted the payment as you cancelled the order then the pending status will time out 30 days post payment and go back to you.
