A customer from South Korea cannot use my business account to pay me. Why? Can you help me?

I need help.

I called Paypal at least 5 times and they always said that my registration is correct.

First I registered to Paypal for a personal account.

Doing business with a customer from South Korea,

They told me I must be registered for a business account,

which I did with some help of a Paypal agent.

Since this lady in South Korea is trying to pay the invoice I sent her and there

is nothing she can do. She called Paypal in her country, they answer

to her : I should register for a business account.

She even told me she will pay for one monthly fee of 30.$

What can I do?

Do you  think I should ask to re-do a new registration for a business account?

This lady has been vey patient: at least 30 emails since she made her order.

Not sure why she can't pay to your personal account?

Is she paying in your currency?

Hello,

I sent the customer an invoice which is in Canadian dollars.

Should I sent an invoice in US dollars? May be the currency from

South Korea is not acccepted by Paypal? My customer wrote me

she buys in Texas.

Should I start a new subscription with Paypal?

Do you think the registration is not well done?
