Hi I just tried to pay for something from Microsoft. It was partially blocked and I then received a text message saying "PayPal: Did you try to use PayPal with Microsoft Corporation? If yes, reply 1 and try again. If no, reply 2. Text and data rates apply." I typed '1' and hit 'send' but it refuses to be sent. Any ideas why?

It sounds like our internal security system may be blocking your payment. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. If you've verified that there are no suspicious charges in your account, please try the payment again at a later time.
