I got a £19.99 refund from Steam after I bought a game using my bank card through PayPal and decided to get a refund on it. I know it takes longer to refund when you use your bank card through PayPal but the refund came in on 13th May and it's currently 22nd June and I'm not sure what to do. It's showing on my activity as '+ £19.99' in green letters but when I try and withdraw money it says that there's nothing to transfer.
Have I missed something out or is PayPal just deciding to keep my money for a really long time?

Ahh I've figured it out, they refunded straight to my bank account. Thought it was like before when you had to send it back to your debit card yourself.
