$30 Cancellation Fee for Cancelling Recurring Payment

I use Kajabi as a content and billing platorm.  One of my clients recently cancelled a recurring payment, then saw a $30 Charge that said

“FEE: DEBIT CARD C/PAY FEE- POS…” 

Any idea what that might be for? Is it a Paypal fee or from the customer's bank?
