I completed my 1st sale recently. The buyer lived close to my location and shipping only took 1 businessday so by the time I uploaded the tracking number the package had already arrived. PayPal had my funds on hold for 21 days (new seller protection?) however now it’s the day they are supposed to be available in my account and I’m seeing that the funds are withheld.. wondering what the issue is as my buyer received his item and want to make sure there are no issues with my first sale.
