Hi. I earned $15 during the spend $500 and earn $15 promotion that started November 16 and ended December 15.. It shows that the $15 is in my wallet under offers but it doesn't apply when I make a purchase. I have tried Best Buy, eBay and Walmart. Can someone let me know how this applies? I have a balance in my account (and that is my default) so do I choose to use my credit card and it will apply then?
