Hi everyone

Today I'm receiving the money to Paypal balance, Originally it's $354 but then there is a fee of $14 and pending status. I don't know why there is a fee and more importantly, I need this PayPal balance to buy the module course. It is not a payment or money from selling something, It just money transferred from someone to my Paypal account for buying a module course/online course because I don't have a credit card to pay for that course

The information says if Paypal holds my money for 21 days, but then there is a couple of steps to fill then the waiting time reduces to 7 days, but still, I can't wait 7 days, because I need to finish learning this module in the next 3 day, it's about a job opportunity

Is there anything I can do regarding this? or what I can do right now is waiting for 7 days

Thank's

Its down to how the payment was SENT to an account.

1. If sent using money > goods / services option then paypal would see the recipient as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge a fee.

2. If sent using the send money > family / friends option then the recipient would have the payment instantly (as long as it wasn't an echeque pending with a clearance date) with no fee. (However that option is not available in every country).

There are however some occasions where friends / family payments are held for reviews but these are normally only 24 hours.
