On my site, users don't pay us, but rather they pay other users. As such, I'm looking for a way to use Express Checkout, but to specify the payee on a per-transaction basis.
Reading this for info on payees, and this for info on server-side express checkout, I was wondering how I'd combine them. Would I process this like a standard payment? Can I even do this with Express Checkout, or is there a better way?
