I'm currently testing a thing for my customer - she wants to sell the various leather goods from special page. The requirement is to provide a useful means to pay with card without a necessity to create an account. Right now I'm testing the IPN inside Sandbox, with parameter "landing_page" set to "billing". The Guest access shows exactly the page I need (without the required form for account's creation), but only when I left the country provided as USA. When I'm choosing Kazakhstan, I suddenly required to create a PayPal account as well.
Could you please advise on I may try to utilize the PayPal Guest Access if IPN is not supporting the Guest access for my country?
