PayPal Rest API - Reoccuring Payments/automatic billing for an unspecified amount

Hey All,

Is it possible to use the PayPal Rest API Billing Agreenment/Plan to setup something where by the customer can pre authorise say £100 for my company to bill them based on how much they have used from my server, so at the end of the month I can billing up to a maximum of their specified amount?

It can be done with the "Automatic Billing" button type

I just need to be able to automatically bill the customer for their usage per month up to a given amount.
