Forbidden in PayPal Plus

Implement Paypal Plus at a company site. Everything in Sandbox works well. but when I change to Live, the "payment selection pages" returns a Forbidden

Hi, in live you need to enable PayPal PLUS. I can't see it enabled on your account. Please check with Customer Service for details on that.
