When I click on pay for goods or services, I get a new screen with top and bottom headers, but the middle of the screen is white where the send money app should be displayed. same for request money as well. everything else on the account is working. any advice?
PayPal suggested using a different browser. I can't do that since I can only run Firefox on Vista. So, instead, I just tried logging in to PayPal using a private window, and that worked!. So hopefully this helps others.
