Hi, the buyer has issued a charge back so we fixed the problem together im a virtual game items seller and he removed the charge back he  went to the place where it says cancel complaint and he did and he broadcasted his screen to me but it still says money pending and on hold

Then you need to wait until paypal releases it which can be up to 21 days.
