paypal charges shop cancelled order

i paid an item with a guest account but i was eventually directed to my paypal account. my BOC Main Card (Ending <removed>) was charged HKD3419.00 by PAYPAL *ISHOP2GO on 17/02, Enq <removed>. But the counterpart cancelled the order. I cannot find any transaction on my paypal account i can resolve. How can i get refunded? Thanks alot

Is the transaction at your card or bank account marked as "pending" still? Then the money on hold should be released within 30 days since the merchant canceled the order and didn't capture payment.

If the transaction was marked as a completed charge, message PayPal to request a dispute to be opened referencing the PayPal email receipt ID number by clicking the bell icon on the top menu of PayPal account at the PayPal website after you log in. Or, open a chargeback through your bank or card issuer.
