need help from ethiopia setting up my account to recieve funds

hi there,

i recently opened a paypal account and i a from ethiopia. can i receive funds from other people who live abroad like US, canada and the like for the services that i give as a payment just in my paypal account? i know Ethiopia is not in the list of sending money but receiving but when we say receiving do we mean by in our paypal account or to a local bank like Skrill does. and one last thing, is there any address verification and proof of ID submission policy to have the full functionality of the account like other platforms as skrill and others?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

I live in Ethiopia also but you said you can purchase So can We accept payment from an online job ?
