HI.
I Send a receive request for my friend and it seems that the request was a selling things, but its not.
anyway. the money now are on hold, as I read in the community I need to change the order status to Order Processed for the hold to be released, but whenever I try to do this I am getting the following

Is it possible that there is NO HELP here.. How can I get the money?
Even I tried to open a case and Paypay refuse as the money already transfared... ITS ON HOLD

Money already transferred....from where?
are you seller or buyer?
are you adding or withdrawing funds?
how did you pay?
which funding option?
and so on.

I tried to report the problem to the Resolution Center, but I got
We're unable to file a case on this transaction.
Since you’ve received this payment, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue
The Original problem and as mentioned in the first post, if I Send a Receive money request to my friend and the status is On Hold, as I read in the community with some other ppl having the same issue, is they need to set the order to Order Processed for the transaction to be released, I change the order status, but I keep getting

After about 3 days I notice that the status is updated to be Order Processed, but the transaction still On Hold, I don't know what to do to get this transaction complete.

I suppose to be the seller, but there is nothing sold, it's a family transfer 😞
are you adding or withdrawing funds?
it's not a problem, just need to find a way to get fun.
Please Guide me on the way to be able to receive this fund. I am stuck since 16th Nov, and don't know where to get the answer.
