we are a small company and we have a number of clients who are reporting they are unable to pay their invoices with various different error messages such as something went wrong and return to sellers site......
we now have over 20 invoices unpaid we are a small company that relies on invoice payments to pay salaries yet no one from paypal has answered us on any medium we have posted on.....
is anyone able to help as its been over a week and no contact from paypal, from experimenting it looks like anyone who tries to pay by card rather than through a paypal account is unable to pay
