PayPal should NEVER EVER FORCE an untested product to its users. When I attempted to send money from PayPal to my linked bank account, in the past it worked like a breeze but starting from yesterday PayPal FORCED us users to use Xoom and it asks for a debtor card associated with the account (this option won't work for a new bank account because it would take several days for the debit card to arrive).
In addition, they claimed Xoom is able to send/transfer money to be picked up at Walmart stores, I called up two such stores in Roanoke and Salem Virginia, and these stores said they don't have such service.
I'm not sure PayPal is doing things legal here.
